Mr. Sam Asian Bistro

The young chef Sam Yeh took over his parents' Chinese restaurant in the South and turned it into a modern Asian bistro. The menu is all about fusion with dishes such as yellowfin tuna tartare with cassava chips, shrimp tempura rolls with kimchi mayo or grilled miso lobster. They also have a special selection of desserts and cocktails.
