You will find the restaurant of the College Hotel in a converted 19th century school gymnasium. In the light, open space you can eat beautiful, playful dishes in which the Dutch kitchen has been given a new Caribbean look. Remember, like the rest of the hotel, this is a training center for hospitality students. Occasionally things can go wrong, they only learn from that.
