Fabel fries are cut fresh every day after which they are pre-fried at a low temperature. The raw potato is, as it were, cooked. During this process the potato loses a large part of its moisture. We then let the pre-fried fries cool down to 5⁰C, after which they can be fried.
We fry our fries in their skins, which preserves the flavor and reduces cutting loss by about 10%. In addition, the oil we use to fry the fries is 100% vegetable, which ensures delicious golden yellow fries that are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
