Seasonal and organic
This brainchild of the founders of the Conscious Hotels is located on the border of Amsterdam Oud-Zuid and Oud-West and opposite the Vondelpark. The menu puts the spotlight not so much on the meat, but on the organic, local vegetables. There are fixed menus for lunch and dinner, but á la carte is also possible.
