Vivaldi's De vier jaargetijden

Yury Revich and ADAM Quartet

Tonight's soloist in Vivaldi's swirling violin concertos is the Austrian violinist Yury Revich. That he received a violin at a young age is not surprising: he comes from a family of generations of violin makers. His career developed rapidly, and at just eighteen, Yuri made his debut at the world-famous Carnegie Hall in New York. Tonight, he brings The Four Seasons to life with the help of the ADAM Quartet, among others. This Amsterdam-based quartet plays brand-new works just as easily as a seasoned classic like The Four Seasons , always approaching the works with the same fresh perspective. Harpsichordist Emmanuel Frankenberg and double bassist Gabriel Abad Varela complete tonight's ensemble.
