In their first project together, Quirine Viersen and Calefax swirl from serenade to fantasy. Playful and elegant, Dvořák's Serenade and Bagatelle make room for Calefax's luscious harmonies. Walton and Schumann place the singing cello at the center, and Crumb's solo work allows the instrument to shine in an unusual, serene sound world.
