Local Experts organizes architecture excursions in Amsterdam for private groups. The rates differ and depend on the type of program and whether you are going to walk, cycle or sail. If you want to go cycling, bicycle rental through Local Experts is not mandatory, you can also bring your own (rental) bicycles and just book the excursion. Example program: biketour Eastern Docklands

With your guide you will visit Java and KNSM islands as well as the two peninsulas of Borneo and Sporenburg. There is much to see in old and new architecture. You follow a path along inner gardens and canals, special bridges and spectacularly designed facades.

Afterwards you will explore KNSM island, where old and new buildings play a beautiful interplay. The architects have taken the old port character of this island into account in their designs, resulting in masterpieces of international allure.

You continue the cycle route over Borneo and Sporenburg; two peninsulas that radiate a completely different character. After approximately 2 hours you will end in the vicinity of CS Amsterdam or, if you have brought your own (rental) bicycles, at a location in consultation.
