Petting Zoo De Olievaar
De Olievaar petting zoo in Uithoorn is the place where children can play outside on the playground or in the sandpit and are surrounded by animals. The animals on the farm have space and as a visitor you can just walk between the animals.
Fun for young and old
There is a small shop for a small snack. You can also take a walk through 'De Biezenwaard' before visiting the petting zoo. Entrance to the farm is free.
A wonderful place where parents and children can enjoy the outdoors, surrounded by the animals. The animals are given space with us and visitors can walk around among the animals. In our shop we sell tea/coffee, soft drinks, ice cream and farm-fresh eggs.
Dealing with our animals
It is not allowed to take the animals out of the enclosures, to feed them or to pick up the (young) animals. Always be careful. Although our animals are used to people, they remain animals and can bite or kick unexpectedly. If you want to know more go to the website (information in the Dutch language) for all information.
