De Uylenburg is a large petting zoo located inside Rembrandtpark. A visit to the petting zoo is a great activity for children (and their parents), with a variety of animals like peacocks, horses, pigs, chickens and more. After visiting the animals, you can take a break on the sunny terrace and enjoy a drink or snack.

Welcome to the Uylenburg petting zoo

The Uylenburg petting zoo is located in the Rembrandt Park. After Artis, this is the oldest petting zoo in Amsterdam. This is also the place where owners can let their four-legged friends stay when they go on holiday themselves.

If you want to know which animals roam around on our farm, come and meet the goats, sheep, donkeys, ponies, pigs, birds, rabbits, and cats.

If the weather permits you can have a drink, eat or an ice cream on the sunny terrace, but there is also a playground on the farm where your child can play.
