This comfortable campsite is located on a small island in the IJmeer, to the east of Amsterdam, with the city centre only a mere 10 to 15 minutes away (tram 26; frequency: every 5-10 minutes). The campsite is open throughout the year and offers all the modern facilities that guarantee a comfortable and pleasant stay: a supermarket (fresh croissants, coffee and bread every day), a bar/restaurant, laundry facilities, camper service and so on. You can also rent bikes and canoes, providing a more scenic route into the city.

Good starting point for walking and cycling routes

This campsite has an open and friendly atmosphere. It offers cultural activities during the high season, including weekly live music and parties. There’s also a petting zoo for the little ones. For active types, Camping Zeeburg is the starting point for various walking and cycle routes that allow you to explore the outskirts of the city – both rural and historic. If you don't have a tent or caravan, you can also spend the night in a 2 or 4 person cabin or ‘wagonette’, which are furnished, heated and have a private veranda. Reservations are recommended for such rental accommodations.
