For our SS26 Smog collection, Permanent looks at the timelessness of garments, questioning whether the innovations in modern fashion are not the re-appreciation of long-standing crafts. This is done through the use of natural dye pigments, wooden buttons and sustainable materials.”

awhlkuhn is an Amsterdam-based producer, vocalist & DJ who strives to mix the diverse sonic textures he was exposed to in his childhood to help redefine what it means to be part of a diaspora. Operating as an MC and songwriter as well, he connects a wide variety of different people and ideas using his voice. Using these skills awhlkuhn has extended himself into the world of teaching and speaking working as a lecturer and moderator on various different topics such as fashion, visual arts & running an independent music business amongst other topics.
