Imagine: a stage where actors, musicians, and an illustrator build a story together — live, on the spot, led by a single conductor who shapes the performance with hand signals. That is Soundpainting.

Soundpainting is a series of immersive shows in which theatre, music, dance, beatbox, and live illustrations come together into one large, fluid whole. No two performances are the same. The scenes you see, the music you hear, the drawings that appear before your eyes… They are all created in the moment.

On Sunday, May 3 , Soundpainting: Sunday Stories presents a family show that returns to where stories once began: around the fire, with words, music, and imagination. Full of physical theatre and live music, for young and old together. No script, no repetition: every performance is unique. Suitable for ages 8 and up.

Flock Theatre brings this international production to Zonnehuis for the first time, featuring top talent from home and abroad. The show is multilingual and full of energy. You don't need to understand a word to be moved.
