The store stocks English-language fiction and non-fiction, magazines and merchandise and specialises in (niche) genres such as fashion, graphic design, music, science fiction and business. Its international team of booksellers make customer service their first priority. Own work can be printed in-house on the `Espresso Book Machine'. The shop also organises numerous readings, book signings, workshops and other events.
