The 'Cheeses of Kef' are a true phenomenon in Amsterdam. Since opening their first shop in 1953, Abraham Kef's French cheeses have left an indelible mark on the Amsterdam cheese scene and far beyond.

Cheeses with a special story

Today, the cheese shop still works extensively with raw-milk French cheeses, but they now also work with various local producers. All products have a special story and a unique flavor.
