We Like Art was founded in 2010 to bridge the gap between the traditional art world and a broader audience. The platform combines a modern digital strategy—featuring an extensive online gallery and inspiring background stories—with engaging pop-up exhibitions and museum collaborations. This has forever changed the Dutch art landscape.

"We're proud that we've been inspiring people to bring art into their homes for 16 years," say Carolien Smit and Michiel Hogenboom. "This exhibition shows how diverse and accessible the art world is. Lowering the barrier to buying art is always our goal."

Highlights of the exhibition

The exhibition brings together a variety of artworks by renowned artists. Think of a monumental work by Thomas Trum, a vast wall of work by up-and-coming painters from the Rijksakademie, and a disarming Lowlands photo portrait by Lara Verheijden. A wide selection of affordable editions (artworks in limited editions) is also on display and for sale.
