Restaurant Seven Seas in Grand Hotel Amrâth serves up French /international kitchen and a fine wine selection but what is so remarkable is the location. It is actually in the monumental Scheepvaarthuis (Shipping Building) which dates from 1914- one of the first structures built in the Amsterdam School style. The marble floor, wooden panelling, stained glass ornament and original detailing blow you away while dining.
