Two brothers with completely contradictory characters, yet having one and the same mission: conquer the world with their passion for good food. The Hulscher brothers envisioned it more than a hundred years ago, but they could not immediately agree on the details of their newly purchased palace. You can find them just behind Dam Square, with a view of the Nieuwe Kerk.
