Two brothers with completely contradictory characters and yet one and the same mission: Conquer the world with their passion for good food! The Hulscher brothers envisioned it more than a hundred years ago, but could not immediately agree on the details of their newly purchased palace behind Dam Square with a view of the Nieuwe Kerk.
The best of both worlds
Fish or meat? It became a brotherly quarrel that had no equal. In the end, the brothers found each other in a special Amsterdam success story, for which their mother used a catchy description: “The best of both worlds!”
