Van Zuylen

The entrance to Van Zuylen is in an alley, but the café is actually situated right on the canal. The interior is atmospheric and dark, attracting a fairly young crowd. Students, tourists, and stock exchange staff sit here for breakfast, a basic dinner, or cocktails. In the summer, the café has a fantastic large terrace on the water of the Singel.
