Poets Of The Fall

The Finnish alternative rock band Poets of the Fall will celebrate the band's twentieth anniversary in 2023 and will of course do this in Melkweg! Known for their mix of pop, rock, metal and industrial, the band's success began in 2004 when their first single 'Late Goodbye' was used as the soundtrack in a popular video game.

Absolutely great

The track reaches number one in the Finnish charts and then the career of this band takes off very quickly. In Finland they now belong to the absolute top of the contemporary rock scene and the rest of Europe also seems to be under the spell of Poets of the Fall.
