Second album ready to be heard live
Their second album Until My Feet Give In feels like partying on the edge of an abyss. The uncertainty about what is to come and the longing for an understandable world translate into ten songs full of melancholy, hope and hard-hitting frustration. The sound is deeper and more layered than before, with stacking guitars, multi-part vocals and a rhythm section that adds even more groove and urgency. The result is songs that are grand in gesture and intense in emotion.
Navigate is often compared to acts like The Killers, Editors and Gang of Youth, but has developed its own recognizable sound in a short time: dynamic guitars, dark but hopeful lyrics and choruses that stick. The debut earned the band more than half a million streams and an impressive series of performances. After shows across the country as part of Popronde 2024, their reputation as a live band grew quickly: urgent, intense and always focused on connecting with the audience.
Support: HUNK
Without a trace of pretension, HUNK mixes 90s grunge with catchy synthpop and turns superficial frustration into songs that are as compelling as they are liberating. Inspired by bands like The Smashing Pumpkins, No Doubt and the rawer side of Olivia Rodrigo, frontwoman Joan turns her frustrations into an explosive live energy that proves getting angry can be surprisingly fun. The self-proclaimed “diet-grunge” band does everything entirely in-house: from recording their own music to developing retro-inspired visuals, a 90s boxing game and a self-produced miniseries. After performances at, among others, the main stage of Bevrijdingspop, Vicefest and Popronde, HUNK released their debut EP What Do You Call Frustration in 2025, which received airplay on national radio stations 3FM and KINK and was celebrated with their own Frustration Festival. The band is currently working on new material, broadening its sound and continuing to look for new ways to be unpredictable.
