Girl Prometheus
As a teenager, she released her first fully self-produced albums: 'Fever Dreams' (2017) and 'Baby Teeth' (2018). With these, she immediately established herself as a strong storyteller with a sense of atmosphere and emotion. With 'The Shark in Your Water' (2022), Flower Face reached a larger audience and received praise from Stereogum and Paste, among others, who lauded her sharp lyrics and compelling arrangements. On her latest album 'Girl Prometheus' (2024), produced by Marcus Paquin (The National, Arcade Fire), it is clear that what was once a bedroom project has grown into an intriguing voice within the indie scene: personal, vulnerable, and always intense.
