Diamanda La Berge Dramm stands alone on stage, yet fills the space completely. With two violins, a small table, a studio light, and a few pedals, she builds a sound world that immediately draws you in. She combines acoustic and electric violin with her voice, letting you hear how little you need to say a lot.

A musical language of its own

Dramm combines classical training, American avant-garde, new music, and alternative pop. She does not use these influences as reference points, but processes them into something that sounds personal and direct. The result is a performance that is difficult to pigeonhole, yet touches you immediately.
