À la carte! Nymphéas Trombone Quartet

The four trombonists of Nymphèas met at the Amsterdam Conservatory. They took the name for their quartet from the water lilies of the French Impressionist Claude Monet. With the program À la carte, they showcase their free spirit and broad perspective on music history.

A musical multi-course menu for connoisseurs and adventurers
Take a look at the menu in advance. It even features handy icons: a chili pepper obviously means 'spicy', a tear stands for sad, and a green leaf means: specially composed for the unique trombone quartet instrumentation.
Outdoor concert
The terrace concerts take place outdoors. Right by the water, the sun can be strong and it can be quite windy, so please be prepared for this. In case of bad weather (rain and/or strong winds), we will move the performance indoors to the Entrance Hall, with a view over the IJ.
