Move Lab

A day in the city starts at Move Amsterdam. Park your car underneath the Olympic Stadium, and for kids and families, there's the completely renovated Move Lab: a unique children's exhibition. You can also visit the restaurants, led by Joris Bijdendijk, or get inspired at Ride Out – the ultimate bike shop.
Amsterdam starts at Move
A day in the city starts at Move Amsterdam. Park from €15 under the Olympic Stadium, visit the Move Lab, and continue your visit at Wils Bakery Café or Ride Out—the ultimate bike shop. Then take the tram into the city and complete your day.
Move Lab
In the Move Lab, discover who builds the fastest car. Immerse yourself in the world of design, from mood boards to full-fledged designs. Test your precision with a steady hand and experience the adrenaline of your very first driving lesson . Children aged 6-12 can learn through play how mobility impacts their daily lives and the world around them. Open every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Move Amsterdam
Move Lab is part of Move Amsterdam, an initiative of Pon – the largest mobility provider in the Netherlands. The stylish building in Amsterdam Zuid is a hub for everything related to mobility.
In addition to the Move Lab, you will find Pon's Corporate Center, an Event Center for presentations and talks, the bicycle shops Ride Out and Swapfiets Zuid, and Move Amsterdam is also home to the Michelin-starred Restaurant Wils and Wils Bakery Café, both led by chef Joris Bijdendijk.
Accessibility
Move Amsterdam is a historic building, so unfortunately, not all areas are accessible to everyone. Move Lab (the exhibition), the Event Center, Restaurant Wils, Ride Out, and Wils Bakery Café are wheelchair and stroller accessible. Our hospitality team is happy to assist with the elevator.
