Students are grouped according to their level of proficiency and work together to improve reading, listening, speaking and writing skills, as well as vocabulary and grammar. The courses prepare participants for the NT2 exam – the State Examination of Dutch as a Second Language – and are aimed at students, expats and those who have completed their secondary education.

VU-NT2 provides tailormade language courses throughout the summer, for beginners to advanced participants. From basic Dutch to presenting or error-free writing in Dutch. You can come to the VU campus at the Zuidas or you can follow the course online, wherever you are, even on holiday! You will find some suggestions on nt2.vu.nl, but anything is possible.
