The philosophy of KIT Intercultural Professionals is that learning about different worldviews, customs and traditions is both practically beneficial and personally enriching; at the same time, the organisation wants people to move away from the idea that people from a particular culture have fixed attributes that you need to learn about to deal with them. The aim is to not see cultural differences as barriers, but instead focus on shared goals and common ground.
