One of the largest and most progressive newspapers in the Netherlands was printed in the Volkshotel building for 45 years. Nowadays, the building is a beautiful hotel with a restaurant (Canvas), a cocktail bar (Doka), hot tubs, meeting rooms, creative studios, flexible workspaces and a rooftop sauna.

Meeting rooms

One of Volkshotel's biggest draws is its spaciousness. Whether you need a dark movie premiere, a massive feast, an essential conference or an awards ceremony, the space can be tailored to fit your event.

There are five conference rooms – ranging from 43-164 metres squared. If you need a rooftop view, a basement, a huge wooden floor, a hand-painted wall, a projector, catering or something else entirely, just tell Volkshotel, and they'll take care of it.
