Capital C

Capital C is the creative hub of Amsterdam, located in the old Diamond Exchange. Here, creativity and commerce meet under the roof of our giant glass dome, as we provide space for meetings, events, offices, art exhibitions and culinary experiences.

At our venue, the possibilities are as endless and creative as the meeting and event spaces we offer. We love creativity and diversity. It doesn’t matter if you wish to organize a board meeting, brainstorm, congress, product launch or dinner. We’ve got the space (right here in Amsterdam) for you.

Imagine hosting your event at a rooftop location under a breathtaking glass dome with private rooftop terrace, we like to call the High Light. Our tailor-made venue provides endless options for branding, allowing you to make it truly your own, if needed. A state-of-the-art facility can accommodate up to 400 guests, offering flexible spaces with movable walls that can be transformed into an exhibition area or separate break-out rooms. You’ll also have access to two well-equipped board rooms and top-notch AV equipment.

Why settle for less when you can have it all? At Capital C, we offer the entire building at your disposal, from the cellar to the roof. This means you can seamlessly mix workshops, trainings, masterclasses and events at one location.

Sustainability

We’re all about saving trees and using less paper to brag about it. At Capital C, sustainability is key, and we creatively focus on making our spaces eco-friendlier, from Capital Kitchen to the High Light.

Our BUD floor, made from 3D-printed recycled beer bottles in collaboration with BUD, is a standout feature for any event. We’re also completely plastic-free, using no disposable plastic items. The glass dome on our roof has solar panels that generate energy and keep the building cool, while our green roof (sedum) improves biodiversity, retains rainwater, and captures CO2.

In Capital Kitchen, we serve local, seasonal products. Plus, we’re easy to reach via public transport, located right above Metro Station Weesperplein.

As part of the Knowledge Mile Park project, we’re helping transform the area from grey and polluted to green and sustainable alongside residents and businesses.

Accessibility

Capital C, located at Weesperplein in Amsterdam, is easily accessible from key routes like the Wibautstraat (Knowledge Mile), Weteringschans, and Stadshouderskade. For those driving, nearby Q-parks offer convenient parking and it is just a 10-minute walk from there to Capital C. If you're arriving from Schiphol Airport, the venue is about 20 minutes away by public transport or taxi, ensuring smooth access for both local and international visitors. Tram and metro stations are located just around the corner, making commuting quick and convenient for visitors traveling to and from Capital C.
