Be Kind

In this flowing performance of sound, color and movement, two circus artists take you on a sensory journey. The little ones are introduced to acrobatics and juggling up close. During the performance, a heart-warming dialogue arises between the artists and their young audience. The spontaneous interactions make every performance slightly different.

Afterwards, the artists invite the little ones to discover the playing field together. They can crawl in, out, along and through the decor to explore the special materials up close.

Be Kind is the directorial debut of Emilie Weisse and in making this production she worked closely with the Baby & Child Research Center in Nijmegen. For the collaboration between art and science, they received the Mingler Scholarship 2022.

Please note: The performance is only open to children from 6 to 18 months and their supervisors. Unfortunately, older or younger brothers and sisters cannot come along.

Duration of performance: 30 minutes + 10 minutes after play
