Casa Del Gusto

Walk into Casa Del Gusto in the Kerkstraat and you set foot on the sun-drenched Tuscan soil. A mural, olive oil tap, wine racks, farmers furniture and lots of little pots. Everything here comes directly from Italy, mostly from small farmers. From slow food beans to special pastas, wines, hams, sausages and cheeses, mostly from Tuscany and Umbria.

A dream house of flavours

The owners Gianni and Gessica are Italian in origin and personally import all their products from Italy to visit their producers.

'We know all the farmers with whom we work personally. We buy our Grana Padano – Italy's most popular cheese – from a farmer who only produces two pieces a day. That's almost nothing compared to large industrial manufacturers that deliver hundreds of units per day. What we find very important is that you get to know the producers through the taste of our salamis, pastas and beers. You have to be able to taste the love that the farmers put into it,' explains Gessica, in an interview with Lindenhoff .

Can't wait to put it to the test? Step into this sunny shop and treat yourself to something delicious!
