Kompakt at the NDSM shipyard during Amsterdam Dance Event
Kompakt is one of the most influential labels in electronic music. Based in Cologne, the label has been building a recognizable sound for over three decades: deep, melodic, and timeless. During Amsterdam Dance Event, Kompakt brings that world to IJver, an industrial venue at the NDSM shipyard in Amsterdam North. Performances and line-up
Extrawelt will perform a live set. The duo is known for immersive, atmospheric techno that completely absorbs the listener. Michael Mayer, co-founder of Kompakt, will play a DJ set and is considered one of the most influential selectors in the genre. Robag Wruhme completes the main floor with his characteristic, dreamy techno. On the second floor, AKTE presents its own program that aligns with the Kompakt philosophy.
