50 years of Oxygène : a milestone in electronic music

In 1976, Jean-Michel Jarre released his debut album Oxygène . The album changed the view of what music could be: synthesizers as a full-fledged instrument, atmosphere as a means of composition. Oxygène influenced generations of artists and helped lay the foundation for what electronic music would later become. This concert is a retrospective of that legacy, 50 years after the first release.
