The event takes place on the raw, industrial NDSM Quay in Amsterdam North, right in the heart of Amsterdam Dance Event. Artists, labels, promoters, media, and music lovers come together here without the pressure of a corporate networking event.

During the day, Noorderlicht hosts the informal part. You enjoy a barbecue and listen to Detroit techno in a relaxed atmosphere. In between, there is techno trivia where you can win prizes. It is a place to meet people, share stories, and get your day off to a gentle start.
Afterparty with Detroit Techno Militia
After the outdoor part, the party moves to Amsterdam's Most Wanted Radio. Detroit Techno Militia takes over the entire evening and spins until 8 a.m. The sound of Detroit carries into the night, straight from one of the most recognizable spots in Amsterdam North.
