In the mood for an educational and creative afternoon? Then you’ve come to the right place at Tante Toorop and the Stadskas. Roll up your sleeves at the wood-fired oven and bake little treats together, while experiencing the entire process up close. Prefer to do something else? Then get creative with the craft materials during a workshop by Kunstuur.

A more sustainable neighborhood

You are also very welcome in the permaculture garden. Here you can take a walk among the plants and learn more about reuse. Why not give the compost drums at Afval tot Oogst a spin yourself? It is a wonderful way to see how waste, such as garden waste, is reused and contributes to a more sustainable neighbourhood.

Collaboration with Blauwe Zone Festival

For this edition, 24 uur Nieuw-West is collaborating with Het Blauwe Zone Festival, a local arts and culture festival in Nieuw-West. Within the 24 uur Nieuw-West program, you will find approximately 20 activities from Het Blauwe Zone Festival. Additionally, you can find the full festival program with around 60 activities on the Het Blauwe Zone Festival website. (information in Dutch language)
