Nativity Scene Exhibition

This time, the theme is: "The Nativity Scene Viewed Boundlessly..." The origins of the nativity scenes are diverse. There are groups from Western and Eastern Europe, but also from Asia, Africa, and North and South America. Not only the origins of the groups, but also the materials used are very different.

Also special this year is the large French group from Provence. This group measures 5.25 by 1.5 meters. You'll always see something new in it. In addition to these so-called Santons, there's a large collection of nativity scenes collectively called "Crèche du Monde" and made in Peru.

The exhibition will be held in the church, built in 1927 by architect Kropholler. Guided tours of the church will be held on Sundays, December 28th and January 4th.
