A disarming narrative about an imaginary conversation with a euthanasia patient. The texts by Joost Oomen – 'literary talent of the year' according to de Volkskrant – form the centerpiece. Known for his energetic presentations, Oomen now reveals another, vulnerable side of himself. His texts are interwoven with music by Schumann. Beloved piano works in a colorful arrangement for strings and winds, created by the ever-idiosyncratic ensemble Pynarello.
