Soft Loft, a Swiss collective centered around singer and lyricist Jorina Stamm, creates music that balances between vulnerability and euphoria. The band playfully describes their sound as ‘Indie-something-something’, where melancholy merges with ecstatic indie pop. This creates an intimate yet grand-feeling listening experience, in which emotions are translated raw and directly into compelling songs.
Experience the Energy
The band feels at home in small, intimate clubs as well as on large festival stages. Soft Loft is known for its ability to embrace humanity and touch listeners with their music. Since their debut EP In Case You Get Lonely and the album The Party And The Mess, produced by Grammy-nominated Gianluca Buccellati, Soft Loft has grown into a much-discussed name within the European indie scene.
Enjoy New Sounds
Without large-scale promotion, the band received airplay on platforms such as kexp and BBC 6 Music, and they played at festivals such as The Great Escape, Reeperbahn Festival and Montreux Jazz Festival. With the self-produced EP Modern Roses (2025), they have refined their sound into something more direct and emotional. The band begins a new chapter with the album Throw The Dice (pias Recordings) in 2026. The single ‘Caught’ shows how Soft Loft converts tension and reflection into an energetic, modern indie anthem.
Support: Femi Luna
The Swiss folk singer-songwriter Femi Luna has already managed to make an impression as a support act for, among others, Alice Phoebe Lou, Black Sea Dahu, The Slow Show and Benjamin Amaru. With her debut album Library, she was crowned SRF 3 Best Talent and in 2026 her second album Wash My Pain Away was released. On this album, Femi Luna sings about saying goodbye to a loved one, but also about the search for yourself and the trust that pain can ultimately be overcome. With dreamy guitar lines, subtle piano sounds and percussion that sounds like a distant echo, her music feels like a musical embrace.
AADE
Since 2018, Amsterdam Alternative has organized the AADE (Amsterdam Alternative Dance Event) as an alternative to the more electronically oriented ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event), which takes over the city from October 21 to 25. It is not an anti-ADE event, but a small-scale, affordable, experimental and varied alternative. View the full AADE program here.
