Krystian Zimerman is coming to Amsterdam with a special program that remains a secret until the last moment. What we can reveal, however, is that inspired by Bach's The Well-Tempered Clavier, he will perform a personal selection of 24 short piano pieces in 24 different keys. Pieces by composers such as Bach, Beethoven, Schubert, Chopin, Debussy, Rachmaninoff, Scriabin, and Kapustin. But which pieces and by which composers? You will discover that during this special recital. Zimerman has previously achieved great success with this unique concept in Japan and Korea; in the Netherlands, he will present this program exclusively in Amsterdam.
