Fewer harmful substances in our water
Many cleaning products contain substances that are difficult to break down and hard to remove from wastewater. During this workshop, you will therefore look at cleaning from the perspective of water. What do you actually need to get your house clean and which ingredients can you use for that? By experimenting with alternatives, you will discover how you can contribute to cleaner water with something as everyday as cleaning.
Make your own cleaning products
You will make various cleaning products, from sprays to scouring pastes, and experiment with properties such as acidity and abrasive power. You will use herbs, plants, and kitchen scraps to add fragrance. You will exchange recipes and knowledge with other participants and take your homemade products and recipes home with you. Do you have an empty, clean spray bottle or a small jar at home? If so, bring it with you. There is a limited number of bottles and jars available.
