Free advice on tenants’ rights 

There are many rules and regulations protecting tenants’ rights in the Netherlands. !WOON is an organisation funded by the City of Amsterdam that can advise internationals on these rights, and provide comprehensive information regarding renting a property in Amsterdam. You can also drop into !WOON’s helpdesk hosted weekly at IN Amsterdam on Wednesdays from 09:00 until 10:00. There's no need to make an appointment, simply come along with your questions.

!WOON walk-ins in Amstelveen start on 5 March 2019. All walk-ins are open to all Amstelveen residents, no appointment necessary. The Amsterdam Buitenveldert !WOON walk-in has also been opened to Amstelveen residents.
