Workshop: Tempeh
If you’re not familiar with it yet, tempeh is basically tofu’s older, sexier brother. A ridiculously healthy, fermented Indonesian food traditionally made with soy beans, it makes a great meat substitute and it’s downright delicious when cooked well. After this two-hour workshop at Mediamatic, you’ll get your own ‘do it yourself kit’ to take home. If you can’t make the date don’t throw a tempeh tantrum (lol), just keep an eye out for the next one.
