Yoga with your neighbors at Strandcafé Buiten

Together with Claudia from Studio van Clau , start your day outdoors with a sunrise yoga session next to the Sloterplas. With your feet in the grass and the morning light around you, we move through a gentle yoga session, followed by a warm cup of tea and a good chat with neighbors at Strandcafé Buiten. All levels are welcome, and the yoga mat is already set out for you. In case of inclement weather, the class takes place indoors. Start your day every Wednesday morning at 9:00 and let's move together, connect with neighbors, and begin the day wonderfully outdoors!
