Elevate is an energizing, uplifting workout experience designed to bring people together through movement. This session blends strength training with sculpt-inspired sequences and powerful beats, led by Nike Global Trainer Rowen Aida, who is known for her high-energy and empowering workouts. Expect a playful, intentional experience built to move you physically and spiritually. You'll leave the workout feeling strong, empowered and elevated. As a child, Rowen suffered a bacterial infection, known as Meningitis C, which has marked her body with visible scars. This life-threatening experience turned out to be a life-changing purpose. "I've always been deeply intrigued by what makes people unique, and my own scars have shaped the way I see strength, resilience, and authenticity.
