Nomads is a restaurant with a 'traveling' world cuisine. Twice a year, Jaap and Thomas take a plane in search of undiscovered culinary gems. When they return with a mountain of inspiration and a backpack full of local products and herbs, the foundation for a new menu is laid. This way, you can experience two different world cuisines in Amsterdam Oost every year.
