The Gastronout remains the same casual bistro where guests are taken on an evening out. This is the place for an extensive dinner or summer cocktail, with delicious classics on the menu.

The restaurant works closely with specialised suppliers, with the aim of offering seasonal classics with an emphasis on locally harvested products. The influences in the kitchen come from 'all over the world', and with every dish there is a choice of carefully selected wines.

The menu will thus be a fusion of recognisable dishes with a wide variety of methods and influence, as a mirror of the Dapperbuurt itself, executed with the skill and love that also characterised Bravour.
