The ‘house’ in House Bar refers to the 17th century buildings that are the cocktail bar’s home. With a passion for their craft, the bartenders come up with cocktails that serve as conversation starters. House Bar is historic on the outside, modern at heart, intimate yet accessible, and high end but light-hearted. New House Bar creations like War of the Roses (Pimms, Tanqueray, St Germain, lime, Peychaud’s and mint), The Stranger (Del Maguey Mezcal Vida, Koko Kanu, Ramazotti, vanilla and chili paint) and The Music Lesson (Genever, Watermelon, Belshazar Rosé Vermouth, Lemon, Egg White) cater to all tastes – from purists to rebels. Besides the cocktail menu House Bar offers several international whiskies and a wide selection of sherry, madeira and brandy. And executive chef SammyD’s creative takes on international dishes are the perfect companions to House Bar’s drink classics.
