New musicians provide a fresh musical breeze
A new era of The Cat Empire has begun and with a new line-up of talented musicians, including original members Felix Riebl and Ollie McGill, they bring a breath of fresh air to their signature sound. New faces such as the award-winning Grace Barbe on bass and vocals, and the Cuban trumpeter and singer Lazaro Numa, add an extra dimension.
For The Cat Empire fans, Daniel Farrugia's drumming will not be unknown. He toured with the band several times. Finally, the percussion section is reinforced by Neda Rahmani, whose love of language and community has connected her to Afro and Brazilian drumming cultures in Australia and around the world. You want to be a part of this unique musical experience with The Cat Empire!
