Two top musicians
Attending a concert by the Japanese-Amsterdam concert pianist Atzko Kohashi and the Surinamese-Utrecht singer and two-time Edison winner Denise Jannah is a special experience. Two top musicians who are completely absorbed in their greatest passion: music. During their concerts, these two acclaimed Ladies of Jazz perform their repertoire with intense and pure chemistry. In 2017 the album Lost & Found was released on vinyl. The album, featuring live recorded work by the duo, was excellently received at home and abroad. Kohashi and Jannah's songs vary from intense and tranquil to light and playful, and are never predictable. In this way they capture their audience in an almost magical atmosphere during their performances.
