Around this time of year, the city celebrates the legacy of composer, pianist, and improviser Misha Mengelberg. Mengelberg once said: "Music does not exist. At most, it is an illusion." This year, ICP Orchestra member Michael Moore is founding a new ensemble. They play Misha's music in their own way.
