What is Milk Made

Milk Made is Melkweg's talent development program for young program makers with a fresh perspective and a passion for culture. The program is designed for the next generation of organizers, curators, and community builders who want to contribute to a richer and more inclusive cultural sector.

For a year, participants are given the opportunity to experiment, learn, and collaborate. Through coaching, masterclasses, and access to the Melkweg network and stages, they develop their own voice and vision as program creators.
